Needs Assessment and Community Engagement

Conduct surveys and community engagement sessions to identify the specific needs, skills gaps, and interests of the target demographic (youths and women).

Structured Training Programs with Mentorship

Design practical, marketable skill-acquisition programs that include both theoretical and hands-on training. Pair participants with industry professionals to provide guidance and real-world insights.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement

Implement systems to track participants' progress during and after training, assess the program's impact on employment and entrepreneurship, and solicit feedback for improvement.
